The inauguration of Sena Region Cup Football Tournament-2022 has been held in Bandarban.Bandarban Sena Zone Deputy Commander Major S.M Mahmudul Hasan Sohag,PSC,Inaugurated the tournament on Friday (June 24) Present as the chief guest. GSO to I Captain Naeem Parvez of 69 Infantry Brigade,Municipal Mayor Md.Islam Baby, Army Zone Captain Misbahul Islam Fouad,Bandarban Press Club President Aminul Islam Bachchu were present as special guests at the inaugural function of the tournament.

Major S.M Mahmudul Hasan Sohag, PSC, Who was the chief guest at the inaugural function,Said, “Sports inspires order,friendship and brotherhood in the minds of the people.”

Sport plays an important role in maintaining harmony.He Mentioning that new players will emerge through this football competition.He said Also “The Army Region has organized this tournament with the aim and objective of creating talented players”.Eight teams are participating in this football tournament organized by Bandarban Sena Region. Organized under the overall supervision of Bandarban Sena Zone (5 Bengal),4 matches were played on the first day of the tournament.The two semi-final matches will be held on Next June 27 and June 28.
