

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said that it was not possible to delete Bangabandhu’s name as Sheikh Hasina was alive. He said that the Bengali nation that Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman loved with all his heart, the nation had ruthlessly killed Bangabandhu and his family. The trial of the murderers is that even if the black spot created for the Bengali nation is washed away with the water of the Bay of Bengal, it will not be redeemed. Bangabandhu was able to realize his dream of making Bangladesh independent by declaring independence.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural function of the three-day ‘Patia Utsav’ on the golden jubilee of Mujib Centenary and Independence at Patia Adarsh High School ground at 12 noon on Tuesday.
Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that the anti-independence clique of this country did not allow Bangabandhu to realize his dream of building a golden Bengal. The plan was to destroy the identity of the independent, sovereign state by killing Bangabandhu and his family. The anti-independence clique wanted to remove Bangabandhu’s name from this country. In the last 14 years, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has made this country a middle-income country by implementing Bangabandhu’s dream of building a golden Bengal. The tide of development is flowing all around now.
