An inspiring meeting has been held on the initiative of Bandarban Deputy Commissioner Yasmin Parvin Tibriji in the belief of building a golden man in the construction of Bangabandhu’s “Golden Bengal”.
One of the pioneers of organizing Maths Olympiad in Bangladesh,Former Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BUET,BRAC University Distinguished Professor Prof. Dr. Mohammad Kaikobad was present as the keynote speaker.
The motivational meeting was held at Arun Sarki Townhall on Thursday (24 February) afternoon.The Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education & ICT) Mohammad Saiful Islam,Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration) Abdul Quddus Faraji (PPM),Executive Magistrate of the district administration Md.Kayesur Rahman and Rezwana Chowdhury and students from various educational institutions Was present.
On the same day at noon,he distributed prizes among the winners of Science Olympiad and Science Quiz competition.In this regard,The Executive Magistrate of the district administration Md.Kayesur Rahman said that the honorable deputy commissioner of Bandarban will invite eminent personalities of Bangladesh to Bandarban on different occasions this year and one year to inspire the young generation of Bandarban by listening to them Has formulated a term program.
The name of this program is “Motivation Program in the belief of building golden people in building Bangabandhu’s golden Bengal”.The program is aimed at building a generation with ethical ethics,with the aim of glorifying the knowledge of the youth.
The objective of this program is to inspire the young generation in the spirit of science, leadership,patriotism and liberation war. Meanwhile,in the discussion meeting organized by the district administration on the occasion of the great Ekushey February 2022,the renowned novelist Abul Momen, who was awarded the Ekushey Medal,has been virtually attached.Its purpose was to expose the significance of language and the depth of literature.
He said that Also,under the direction of the Hon’ble Deputy Commissioner, the district administration would implement this program with the aim of bringing the young generation of Bandarban in the company of talented people and instilling interest in science,literature and liberation war in them.
