Bandarban Army Region distributed Durga Puja gifts to Sanatan religious people.Last Teusday (17 October) On the occasion of Durga Puja Bandarban Army Region has conducted monetary donation and distribution of gifts among Sanatan religious people.Region Commander of Bandarban Brigadier General Golam Mohiuddin Ahmed SGP,NDC,AFWC,PSC,PHD Was present as the chief guest at the event organized at 5 EB Basketball Ground in Bandarban Cantonment.

Zone Commander of Bandarban Zone Lt. Col. Mahamudul Hasan PSC,69 Infantry Brigade GSO-2 (Ind) Major Md.Shayekh Uz Zaman,GSO-3 (Ind) Captain Abdul Mannan and other senior army officers.

1,32,000 Tk and gift items were given to 132 Sanatan religious people on the Durga Puja occasion.In the speech of the chief guest,the Region Commander Brigadier General Golam Mohiuddin Ahmed said,Such humanitarian activities will continue in the future by the region.Army will continue to work in the interest of maintaining peace and recently in Bandarban district as in the past as well.
