Bandarban Andhakalyan Association inaugural function was held with the slogan ‘Serving the blind,helping the blind to walk’.

Bandarban Andha Kalyan Samiti organized the event on Saturday (24th September) in the morning in the district press club hall.

Andha Kalyan Association founder and Former Bandarban Press Club President Senior journalist Badsha Mia Master was present as the chief guest.Association president Aungcha mang Marma presided over the event.

Deputy Civil Surgeon of Bandarban Dr.Nayan Salauddin,President of Bandarban Press Club Aminul Islam Baccu,Assistant Private Secretary to the Minister of Hills Sadek Hossain Chowdhury, Resource Teacher of Integrated Visually Impaired Education Program Satyajit Majumdar, Municipal Councilor Deepaka Rani Manju,Emeching Marma and executive committee members of Andhakalyan Association were present on the occasion At The Time.

On the occasion,The members of the executive committee and the advisory board of the Blind Welfare Association were welcomed with flowers and the organizers urged everyone to work together for the welfare of the blind in the coming days.

At this time,Badsha Mia Master,The founder of Andha Kalyan Association and Senior journalist while addressing the chief guest said that,the people of Bandarban are seeing a ray of hope even after a long time.
This organization will stand hand in hand with the people of Bandarban in the coming days.And as a result,Rven though many people are blind,They can remove the blindness from their minds and move To forward on the path of light.

On the occasion,financial assistance was given by the association to five blind students of Bandarban related visually impaired education program.It is to be noted that on Last 4 September Andhakalyan Association was formed in Bandarban with 31 members and Aungcha mang Marma was appointed as President and Rajesh Das as General Secretary.
