The Headman Conference was held in Bandarban through colorful arrangements

The Headman Conference was held under the auspices of the Army Region and under the overall supervision of Bandarban Sadar Zone.

The conference was held on Thursday (June 30) morning in the auditorium of Bandarban Cantonment School and College in the presence of all the headmen of the district.

Honorable Region Commander of Bandarban Army Region Brigadier General Md.Ziaul Haque,NDC,AFWC,PSC was present as the Chief Guest on the occasion.

Bomang Circle Chief Uch Pru Chowdhury was present as a special guest.Also the Zone Commander of all the Zones And Officers of the Region were present at this time.Many Journalists from print and electronic media were also present.

The chief guest Brigadier General Ziaul Haque said the Bangladesh Army has been working relentlessly for the country.The contribution of the army at the forefront of any work in the country has set a significant example.

The contribution of the army is also essential in the hilly areas.Today’s Headman conference is A Part of the implementation of the goal of maintaining friendly relations as well as establishing happiness, peace and prosperity in the hilly region.

The chief guest of the event called upon the headmen to ensure their cooperation in administrative activities.He also expressed the firm opinion that the Bangladesh Army is ready to extend a helping hand to them in any need.

Speaking as the special guest on the occasion,Bomang Circle Chief Uch Pru Chowdhury highly praised the Bangladesh Army and said that the hilly region is prosperous today due to the untiring efforts of the army.As citizens of the hilly region, it is our responsibility to extend maximum cooperation to the administration.

One headman from each upazila spoke on the occasion.They all thanked And Appreciate The Bandarban Army Region for organizing such an event and promised all possible cooperation from the Headmen to the administration.
