Ensure safe social status for adolescents: Uno Sabrina

The government is implementing various programs to ensure women’s social status and family security.At the same time,we need to ensure a non-discriminatory and dignified environment for adolescents.
Bandarban Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sabrina Afrin Mustafa said that under the able leadership and thoughtful direction of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina,the women of Bangladesh are now an integral part of the glorious advancement on the world map.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sabrina Afrin Mustafa said this while appearing as the chief guest at a painting competition and cultural program organized on the occasion of International Women’s Day on Monday (March 21) At Bangabandhu Muktamancha.
She also lauded the various initiatives taken by AKS to ensure a non-discriminatory,non-violent and non-violent environment for adolescents.
She said that the Bandarban Sadar Upazila administration would provide all possible assistance for the implementation of various programs organized by AKS for the protection of adolescents.
The event was presided over by Daw Nai Pru Neli, Executive Director of AKS.Aminur Rahman Pramanik,Assistant Headmaster of Bandarban Government High School,Lelung Khumi,Admin Zone Coordinator of Tahajingdong,Chinmoy Murung,Deputy Director of Grous,Kaushik Dasgupta, Member of Bandarban Press Club were present.
Guests at the event handed out prizes to the three winners of the drawing competition, which was jointly organized by AKS,Grous and Tahjingdong.The program was coordinated by Didhita Chakma the Project Coordinator of OLHF And Conducted by Program Facilitator Margaret Tripura.
It is to be noted that the main theme of the OLHF project was our life,our health,our project and the teenagers of about 30 clubs under this program were present at this time.
