Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing Got The Boat from Bandarban for the 7th consecutive time and the people are expressing their excitement. Awami League party leaders are not sitting either.Awami League leaders and activists of Bandarban held a joyous procession across Bandarban district as Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing was announced as a single candidate from Awami League for the 7th time in the 12th National Assembly elections.

As A Part On Sunday (November 26) Bandarban District Awami League organized this colorful procession around the main main road of the city.At that time,the leaders and activists made the whole city happy with the slogan of Bir Bahadur.District Awami League Senior Vice President Md.Shafiqur Rahman,General Secretary Laxmi pada Das,Municipal Awami League President Amal Kanti Das,General Secretary and Municipal Mayor Md. Shamsul Islam and other leaders and workers of the organization were present.

It should be mentioned that Bir Bahadur was elected six times as a Member of Parliament and served as Acting Speaker of Parliament,Organizing Secretary of Central Awami League,Chairman of Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board,Minister of State for Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs.Bir Bahadur been successfully serving as the Minister of the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs in the last 11th National Parliament.

Apart from his parliamentary constituency Bandarban, communication, health, education, agriculture, employment and infrastructural development have been achieved in Rangamati and Khagrachari districts due to his duties in the important ministries of the government.In the words of party leaders and activists Bir Bahadur is known as the development center in hilly Chittagong,who is trusted by everyone regardless of party affiliation.To ensure the continuation of this development,the local people,regardless of religion want Bir Bahadur to send it to Parliament for the seventh time.
