Public hearing in collaboration with District Policy Forum: Deputy Commissioner’s strict instructions to improve quality of service to government departments

A public hearing organized by the district administration was held in Bandarban.This public hearing was held on the service quality of government departments in collaboration with the District Policy Forum Bandarban District Committee.

Deputy Commissioner of Bandarban and learned District Magistrate Yasmin Parvin Tibriji present as the chief guest in the public hearing program organized in the district administration conference room on Wednesday (August 24).

District Policy Forum President Aung Chaw Mong Marma presided over the public hearing.

Additional Superintendent of Police Md.Nazim Uddin,Deputy Director of Local Government Department Md.Lutfur Rahman,Executive Magistrate Rajiv Kumar Biswas,Deputy Civil Surgeon Dr.Nayan Salauddin,District Facilitator Mong Shenuk Marma,Press Club President Aminul Islam Baccu,District vice president & Councillor Deepika Rani Tanchangya And Officials from various government departments were present.

Senior officers and representatives of government departments and various NGO organizations were also present at the public hearing held under the Conducted By General Secretary Lal Jar Lom Bom.35 participants in the public hearing participated directly in the hearing.

Also,Through the online Zoom platform, several citizens highlighted the irregularities of various departments in receiving government services.It should be noted that the European Union and the Cabinet Division of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh are implementing the British Council’s P4D project.

In the hearing,Chief Guest Deputy Commissioner Yasmin Parvin Tibriji listened attentively to the services and problems of various government departments and gave instructions to the officials of various departments to solve all the problems quickly.
