Inauguration of Pushpagiri tree garden

Keeping in mind the travel-hungry tourists, an ornamental tree garden called Pushpagiri is being created under the initiative of the Bandarban district administration across the wide area of ​​the Prantik lake.

Minister for Chittagong Hill Tract Affairs Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing (MP) inaugurated Pushpagiri on Tuesday (August 16).Deputy Commissioner of Bandarban Yasmin Parvin Tibriji presided over the ceremony.

Deputy Commissioner of Bandarban Yasmin Parvin Tibriji expressed optimism that, “This garden implemented by the initiative of Bandarban district administration will become an attractive place for tourists After Some Years”.A total of Eight thousand saplings of Seven species are being planted in the garden.
